Acceptable Use Policy & Ownership

1. Ownership

Avalex Consulting, LLC owns all rights to Celestial Disciples® and Valus® and all associated material — including, without limitation: the game content, code, source, art, audio, music, characters, world lore, trademarks, service marks, and brand identity. Downloading, installing, or accessing the game grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to play and use the software for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. It does not transfer or convey any ownership right, title, or interest in Celestial Disciples, Valus, or any associated material.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Celestial Disciples and its services lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

1. Cheat or automate. Use third-party programs, scripts, bots, macros, auto-clickers, or any tool that automates gameplay, grants an unfair advantage, or modifies the game client.
2. Reverse-engineer. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, data, or network protocols of the software.
3. Resell or share accounts/content. Sell, rent, lease, trade, or otherwise transfer your account, characters, in-game items, or the software itself, in whole or in part.
4. Disrupt service. Attack, overload, spam, or otherwise interfere with the servers, network, or other players' experience, including denial-of-service, exploits, or abusing bugs for gain.
5. Harass or abuse. Harass, threaten, or maliciously abuse other players, including hate speech, stalking, or disruptive conduct.
6. Impersonate. Impersonate Avalex staff, moderators, or other players.
7. Host illegal content. Use the services for any unlawful purpose or to store/distribute unlawful material.

3. Account Credentials & Web Sign-in

You may create a Celestial Disciples account at celestialdisciples.com. The same credentials you create on the web are used to sign in to the in-game client. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Do not share your password.

4. Enforcement

Avalex may terminate or suspend your access — temporarily or permanently — at our discretion for any violation of this policy, without prior notice. We may also remove or disable any account, character, or content that we reasonably believe violates this policy.

5. Changes

Avalex may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of the game or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
